Hope these tips are working for you. There’s nothing worse than being tired #ablogginggoodtime x
I have been having a hard time with sleep due to stress but this week I followed a friend’s advice and started my own bedtime routine. I make the tea, put some lavender lotion on, read a book, and meditate. It’s a great way to get ready for bed. I am finding that it is starting to work. It’s still a work in progress as I am falling asleep no problem but I’m not staying fully asleep during the night. It’s nice to unplug too, I find. no phone, no computer, no TV. just me and a book and tea:) #ablogginggoodtime
I feel tired just reading this post – I know that blue screens are bad for creating a relaxing environment, but sometimes I just can’t help myself even though I know it will make me more awake! #ablogginggoodtime
I have tried all the tricks in the book and still fail to get a good night’s sleep most nights. I feel your pain!!! Thanks for posting. #ablogginggoodtime
It is so hard to turn my brain off at night, one thing have found helps are mediation apps, sometimes I fall asleep to them when I do a sleep one.
Sleep deprivation is never pleasant. Hope that you discover something that helps you get a good nights rest. #ablogginggoodtime
I think i might be one of the few that finds a bath wakes me up rather than helps me snooze dammit! I love a back scratch just before bed… gets me all chilled! #ablogginggoodtime
