The British Hamper Company is a family business which specialises in the worldwide delivery of luxury British gift baskets and food hampers. They have some great UK Christmas Hampers and cover everything from diabetic to gluten free to halal hampers.
The business was set up by the Tod family who have shared enthusiasms for great food, British individuality and a love of gift giving.
From fine orange marmalades to cheddar cheese crackers The British Hamper Company exclusively source food from Britain’s best artisan food producers, much of which is award winning and all of which is delicious.
The British Hamper Company also offer delivery to the USA on more than 20 of their luxury ‘taste of Britain’ gift baskets with delivery to the USA taking as little as three days.
As I said, I was lucky enough to be sent the Premium Traditional Hamper which is a mixture of savoury and sweet treats. This well filled hamper is a perfect luxury gift to send with Crumbly Fudge and fantastic chocolate from Devonshire’s Willies Cacao, wonderful jam, biscuits and biscotti from British independent producers and all beautifully packaged in a truly British looking box.
I was really impressed with the contents and particularly enjoyed the sweet biscuits and the cheese bites which were delicious. I think the contents are quite well rounded so would suit a lot of people with a range of tastes – there is something in this hamper for everyone. The only thing I’d change is the amount of shredded packaging inside! I understand the need to keep things safe for travel but they were also bubble wrapped and for the amount in the box the level of packaging inside was unnecessary… just use a smaller box!
