How to Lights4fun Your Home This Christmas

*AD-Gifted. All opinions are my own.

I love Christmas – I mean I am seriously a true believer and whilst I am not put your decorations up in November hardcore, when I do get them up (at the beginning of December) I like to go ALL out! I put wreaths everywhere, baubles, not just on the tree, gonks (which are my current obsession) and all sorts of holiday cheer. I really LOVE putting lights everywhere, but with such a dramatic rise in the cost of living and energy prices, I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to have as many lights around my home this year. When Lights4Fun got in touch and asked if I’d be interested in working with them to light up my home this season, I could not have been more delighted.

One of the main reasons I agreed to work with them is that not only do a lot if not most of their lights come as battery operated, they also INCLUDE a full set of batteries for your purchases as well, meaning you are able to instantly set them up and turn them on, so I don’t know about Santa but I definitely came to town on lights this year.

I don’t like the stark white colour of some lights, I love the warm white and chose sets of these 50 Warm LED Outdoor Battery Fairy Lights on a cable to go around all 4 of the outside windows at the front of my home. I even managed to set them onto a timer so they all come on at the same time when it has gotten dark and make our home look so welcoming and warm to come home to. Of course you can use them anywhere you like outdoors, but these were a perfect fit for around the windows.

On the same note, if you have long green shrubbery running the front of your house then you can also get similar to the ones I used on the windows but bigger – 200 Warm White LED Outdoor Battery Fairy lights and these came on green wire, you can’t even see it in amongst the shrubs during the day.

Now, I love a garland and think you can do so much with them – I drape one over the book case with some baubles and pinecones. Lights4fun do a pre-lit Christmas garland which looks wonderful over a fireplace which I them combined with their 9 TruGlow LED Slim Pillar Candles with Remote Control and the effect is just stunning – the candles actually appear to flicker which bring a wonderful atmosphere and warmth to the room.

Finally, I opted for a feature item to place at the entrance to our home, as a way of welcoming and instantly filling people with warmth and festive spirit and I really felt like this Malvern Outdoor Lantern Bundle did just that. Obviously you can use them outdoors, and they come with LED Candles that once again flicker, but they looked so lovely, I wanted to make sure I saw them everyday.

So there you have it – if you love Christmas lights as much as I do but are concerned about the energy costs, take a look at Lights4fun and light up your home this festive season.
