If you follow me on Instagram or Facebook you will know I have been making some lifestyle changes. I was tired of never looking in a mirror or when I did, hating what I see. For a long time I have let my body and health, both physical and mental, fall by the wayside for things I deemed more important. A few weeks ago, I had a lightbulb moment and things changed. I have completely changed my diet, joined fitness classes and dropped a lot of weight and am already feeling so much healthier and happier and full of energy. I was slightly concerned about work, because obviously my job involves basically chaining myself to a desk all day which isn’t the best thing in the world. So, when I was offered the opportunity to try out the FlexiSpot Desk Bike I could not resist.

If you have a tall or standing desk, it can slot right underneath but is also fairly slim-line and on casters for easy movement and storage.

I was sceptical I have to say but was eager to try it out. I didn’t go mad and did small sessions to begin with until my body got use to the position but I have to say, my sessions kept getting longer and longer because after a while it just became my normal work position.
