Wall to Wall of Happiness: Bonus Print Review & Giveaway!

I began collecting pictures of my little girl when I had my first scan at what was in fact 9 weeks pregnant. In hospital after I gave birth and couldn’t be with her (Alyssa’s Arrival: SCBU & All) and I would lie there and look at the photos I had taken of her. Every day (which you’ll know if you follow me on Instagram) I take more and more photos of my cheeky little monkey documenting every moment from her latest facial expression (she has way too many for a one year old!!) to her first crawl, her new teeth, her first step or her utter joy and excitement at a new discovery. Now, I print off a bunch of hard copy photos each month, choosing from my favourites and the rest are backed up in 3 places to make sure I always have them. However, these get printed off and put lovingly into photo albums with the odd one going in a frame, to be looked back upon at a later date. However, I really wanted a better way to show off some of the best pictures, all of which were taken by Karen at KW Photography, so when Bonus Print offered to let me review their site I got really snap happy…

Bonus Print is a great website where you can get a huge range of products – from photo books to canvas prints, from personalised calendars to photos on wood, cards and even petwo square canvas pictures of alyssarsonalised phone cases… so much to choose from. They told me I could have a look at their website and choose a few bits to try out their service so of course I had to choose to get some canvases of my gorgeous little one – apart from a canvas I was given for Mother’s Day, I didn’t have any others done.

The website was re20161018_114524ally easy to use: I went on and found the type of item I wanted. Firstly, I had to choose the shape and size: I chose two smaller square ones and two landscape ones. Then, you enter into a Bonus Print editor and  I uploaded the images I wanted to use and was then able to move them around and I could also play with the layout and could have added background colours if I had wanted. Once I had finished, I added my item to my basket and did the same thing again for each of the others.

 

The prints arrived within a week and were package well, in cardboard sealed packets and wrapped in plastic for protection. The all look amazing and I am so pleased with them – the best part was that they all came with a hook already on the back meaning I just had to pop a nail in the wall (I can be quite handy with a hammer when the moment calls for it) and in no time at all, I had these beautiful canvases covering the walls of my bedroom. I am now able to look at them each night before going to sleep and smile to myself as I remember the wonderful memories we have already made.
