I am a 28 mummy to Leo, who very scarily is just about to turn five. We live in Exeter. I was a single parent up until a few months ago. I am not sure what is more difficult, raising a child solo or trying to maintain a successful adult relationship when you have given up shaving your legs.
My partner is pretty patient with us; he is receding fast but we have a deal that when he goes bald I get a dachshund. I trained as a primary teacher and somehow dragged myself through a Masters in Social work when Leo was two. Sadly neither of these courses educated me on how to get my own child to sleep or eat anything but spaghetti hoops. I’m new in the blogging world and am a bit of a serial retweeter.
I love reading about other people’s experiences and recipes. I wish I had got online when Leo was younger-I think I would have felt a lot less lonely. I look forward to nattering with you all. Sorry If I am a bit slow at first, I am like a caveman trying to use fire.
