Meet: Adventures with J

Hi, I’m Laura, mummy to my little man, J.

I worked as a teacher for 7 years, but left at Christmas to be a SAHM, for a little while at least.

I didn’t even know blogs existed until I became a mum and spent hours at 3am researching all things baby on Pinterest and the Net.  I meant to start my own blog in the early days but I finally got around to it in February and am loving it!

I love to travel and hope to experience the Expat life one day.  I enjoy reading and writing stories, but I’m not very good at finishing them.  I love to take photos and make scrapbooks of our memories.  I am trying to learn to run to keep up with J’s bundles of energy, but I am both a bit lazy and a sun lover, so the rain and wind puts me off.

J has bad reflux and as a result we are still trying to wean him.  The problem is every time he is ill he goes back to square 1 and that seems to happen every couple of weeks at the moment, so we have a long journey ahead.
